Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is designed to help employees and their families identify, assess and resolve issues that may be affecting their personal life and/or job performance. The professionals with Avante are trained to help you through any personal, family, financial or work-related stressors and maintain your confidentiality. As an employee, you and members of your household can receive up to 10 free mental health sessions per issue, per year.

The EAP through Avante Behavioral Health can connect you with a multitude of professionals with different specialties. Their large provider network features specialists trained to deal with specific issues from death, divorce, abuse, sexual orientation and many other factors that can affect a person’s well-being.

elder care and child care
substance abuse
smoking cessation
critical incident counseling

They also offer wellness education seminars, legal/financial services, cessation programs.
