Peer Support Team
The compounding effect of life stress and trauma exposure can become overwhelming and hard to walk through alone. Our Peer Support team is here to listen, be supportive and walk beside you in whatever you're going through.
Our Peer Support Team is made up of field crew, dispatchers, and administration alike, who understand the difficulties that working in EMS can bring. You can reach a member of the team at any hour of the day, or contact them at peersupport@americanambulance.com.
The Peer Support roster and resources are available below, and on the employee website at the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side. You can also access the Peer Support roster and resources in Simon by clicking Settings, Documents, then selecting 'Peer Support Team'.
